Crew Passes

You may have noticed that there was no place on the NASA entry form for crew members. According to Jim Pantas of NASA SE, Your crew members need only go to registration, tell them that they are with the US LEC Stock Car Road Racing Championship team and sign a waiver to get a wristband pass. This will give them access to the paddock/garage area and the hot pits.

Registration is at the Will Call building. That’s the small building in the field all the way off to the right as you face the track entrance from the street.

Tech Form

Click here for a PDF of the The NASA tech inspection form. You will need to have it filled out when you take your car to tech inspection, which is at the tech shed (where the scales are) at the center of the paddock area.

NASA will be checking safety equipment: belts, roll cage, fire system, and driver’s suit. Bring your suit, shoes and helmet to tech with your car and the completed form. It should go quickly, but it’s best to be ready to do it Friday evening.
