The series is open to late model stock cars which meet the basic rules
package.
In brief, the rules most specific to the series are:
Perimeter chassis
400 horsepower at the rear wheels (Top three finishers are
checked. New entries must pass a dyno test prior to qualifying.)
6,500 RPM rev limit
2,900 lbs. car weight with driver

Chassis:
NASCAR-style perimeter design late model chassis.
Wheelbase: 105 minimum wheelbase
Track: Maximum track is 64.5
Ride Height:
Minimum frame height is 4. No part of the frame may extend below
4.
Body:
Front air dam must be no lower than 3.5.
Rear spoiler maximum size is 60 width X 5 height.
Hood cowl opening is allowed.
A front tow eye is required.
Front nose piece must be painted to match car color.
Trim decals (headlights and tailights) are required.
Body Height: Minimum body height is 47."
Weight:
Minimum post-race and post-qualifying weight is 2,900 lbs., including
driver.
All ballast must be painted white.
Engine:
Maximum allowable corrected rear-wheel horsepower is 400 bhp. There
is no overage allowance.
Ignition rev limiter required, with a 6,500 RPM module installed.
Any RPM number over 6,500 in post-race dyno inspection will result
in disqualification.
Transmission/Drive Train:
Maximum of four forward gears.
Drive shaft must be painted white.
Two driveshaft loops, forward and rear, are required.
Brakes:
Maximum of four-piston calipers.
Drilled rotors not allowed.
Wheels:
Must be steel, maximum of 10 X 15.
Tires:
Hoosier 3035 tires required.
Cars must start race on tires the car was qualified with.
No tire changes allowed during qualifying except for tire damage.
Fuel Cell:
Maximum 22-gallon fuel cell required.
Must be no older than 5 years from race date.
